Scope Of Work
We were retained to design and build the new 1,100 s.f. office for the new Bertram Yachts in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The space includes three private offices, two informal conference areas, reception area and a new handicapped bathroom. All new energy efficient LED lighting was incorporated throughout the space as well as new plumbing, air conditioning and insulation. The complete space was built out in six weeks.
