Scope Of Work
Brester Construction was selected as the construction manager and contractor for Union Bank West, located at 27th and Pine Lake Road. This three-story 35,000 SF facility provides office space for operations, customer accounting, college savings and also a vault. Natural daylight creates an inviting workspace at the lower level. The facility was designed as an all pre-cast structural system with masonry veneer, metal panels and sunshades. The materials relate to the main bank to create a campus feel.
The terraced landscaped area provides interest for the employees, especially those on the lower level, while at the same time adding interest to the exterior. The terraced plants are low maintenance and hardy. On the north side, evergreen trees screen the office building from a bike trail. These trees enhance the landscape while maintaining the scenic quality of the bike path.
