Scope Of Work
Construction of a new luxury, 130,000 square foot, 165 room, three story hotel, conference center, spa and outdoor pavilion. Midstate constructed a one of a kind, luxury six lane bowling alley and Crush Ultra Lounge.This project was constructed on an active hospitality campus. We were constructing a new hotel and conference center while the owners were renting rooms in their existing hotel. Midstate constructed an intricate, large patio that connects the three buildings making the campus much more spacious, warm, and inviting. Awarded 2012 Best Hospitality Project by the North Bay Business Journal.
