Designed by Geoffrey E. Butler Architecture & Planning, this 10,800 sq. ft. tenant improvement is a LEED Platinum project. LEED design features include plyboo floor area, photovoltaic panels and recycled material usage. The building shell is composed of recycled aluminum via an Aluminum Cladding Material (ACM) system.
