Scope Of Work
Interior fitout of approximately 33,800sf consisting of 6 floors and a roof top terrace. This project was located at the Hale Building which was built in 1887. It was originally built by W.G. Hale who also designed the Divine Lorraine. Once the home of the Garrick Theater in the early 1900’s and in the 50’s and 60’s was used as a Turkish bath house. The property was purchased and developed by Brickstone Realty.
