Scope Of Work
This project consisted of the complete renovation of an occupied Lobby. This work included new premium millwork, a new reception desk, LED lighting, elevator door refinishing, ceramic, carpeting, and a new 8’ high revolving door. We had to perform this job in an active lobby while working around the public's need to access the lobby elevators. This project also included the renovation of an old cafeteria into a fitness center. This included new men and women's showers and bathrooms. We also installed a new yoga studio, a weight lifting area, and cardio stations.
