Scope Of Work
This facility consisted of ground up construction of a parking deck and an office building off of Spring Street in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
The Spring Street Parking Deck is a four level concrete deck structure with 236 parking spaces, with a combination of Corten Steel panel screen system, and living “Green Screen” walls at select areas. The project also included a 3 story, 16,400 square foot office building for the administration offices of Walton Arts Center.
