Scope Of Work
The Board of Education of Queen Anne’s County hired Reynolds to provide building commissioning services for the new Sudlersville Middle School project. The 100,386-square-foot middle school houses grades 6-8.
The project has earned LEED gold level certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. Some of its green features include photovoltaic panels, geothermal heating and cooling systems, efficiency plumbing, and daylight harvesting.
