Scope Of Work
Reynolds was hired by Harrisburg University of Science and Technology to provide preconstruction and construction management at-risk services for the construction of a new 16-story high-rise building in downtown Harrisburg that serves as the new campus for the university.
The building encompasses eight floors of structured parking and six floors of university space. In addition to classrooms and laboratory space, the facility includes partial retail space, the university library, and administrative space. One level also contains mechanical, electrical and elevator machine space.
Reynolds was re-hired to provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing design engineering and construction management services for the building’s tenth floor fit-out.
