Scope Of Work
Union Canal Elementary School
Reynolds is providing construction management for a renovation and addition project at Union Canal Elementary School. The addition will accommodate a large group instruction room. The front exterior will be modernized with three new canopies and enhanced security measures. Sitework includes grading to improve stormwater drainage and retention, additional parking, and traffic flow modifications.
Other Schools
Reynolds managed the additions and renovations for Cedar Crest Middle School, Cedar Crest High School, Ebenezer Elementary School, Cornwall Elementary School, and South Lebanon Elementary School. The total construction cost of the projects for the five schools was $55.1 million and encompassed 281,667 square feet of new construction and 529,315 square feet of renovation.
