Program Management
The $450 million, fifty-four month Bond Program was directed by three separate Program Management contracts. AGUIRRE RODEN staff was active in all phases of the Bond Program, from initial development of standards through A/E and contractor selection through project close-out. The AGUIRRE RODEN + 3D/I Parsons team was responsible for three college campuses: El Centro, Mountain View, and North Lake. Projects included science buildings, student centers, and fine arts buildings. In addition, the AGUIRRE RODEN + 3D/I Parsons team was responsible for three new, ground-up campuses located in Coppell, South Irving, and West Dallas.
