Scope Of Work
The new headquarters office and warehouse facility for Samuels Glass Co is a one-story, tilt-wall building is used to fabricate windows and storefront systems, as well as house corporate employees.
The facility is 71,611 total square feet, consisting of 8,000 SF of office space, 45,720 SF of warehouse/fabrication space, and 17,680 SF of unfinished lease space. Samuels Glass Co. had been at their previous location near the SA River in the Pearl Development for 60 years, so this was an exciting project for us to be a part of. Unique paint colors, custom blue glass windows and doors, and a grand reception area, make this facility truly one-of-a-kind.
