Scope Of Work
The new office building for Phyllis Browning Co. consisted of a new three-story office building consisting of shallow concrete foundations, concrete slab on grade, structural steel structure with slab on metal deck, and a TPO roof system. The interior of the building consists of metal stud framing, architectural millwork, wood doors, carpet, tile, stone, etc. The exterior consists of aluminum windows, storefront, EIFS, metal panels, and wood veneer. Also included in the project scope were site improvements, which included utilities, retaining walls, new asphalt paving, and landscaping.
