Scope Of Work
This project consists of the construction of a new 7-story, 1,083-car parking garage with reinforced concrete and CMU elements placed on a foundation system supported by drilled pier cast in place concrete caissons as well as cast in place concrete slab on grade and ramps. Additionally, a 20,800 square foot childcare center was constructed to frame the private forest area with direct access to the playground from each classroom. A large Multi-purpose space connects to a south-facing roof terrace which leads to a STEM pavilion by way of a covered bridge.
Specialized Engineering provided geotechnical investigation and construction materials testing for the project.
