Scope Of Work
Located in The Woodlands, this project includes a four-story, 100,000-square-foot shell office building. The project scope also included all related site improvements including 130,000 square feet of surface parking. E.E. Reed was also the general contractor for Kiewit, one of the main tenants in this building.
