Scope Of Work
Phase I Includes a 300,000-square-foot office building and 390,000-square-foot parking garage, while Phase II encompasses a 300,000-suqre-foot office building and 491,942-square-foot parking facility. Phase II won the Associated Builders & Contractors Houston – Excellence in Construction Award and was an HBJ Landmark Award Finalist.
