Scope Of Work

The HISD Administration Building | Hattie Mae White Educational Support Center is a three-story, 300,000 SF office building constructed of tilt-wall with a glass and glazing exterior. The interior includes offices, conference rooms, training rooms, boardrooms, television studios and editing rooms. Other interior features include a full-service kitchen, cafeteria, graphics/printing/copy center, data center and self-contained air handler with a 24-hour battery backup system with backup generator. Also added are a fire suppression system, coffee kiosks and a 6,000 SF, 300-seat auditorium with a state-of-the-art audio/visual package.
