Scope Of Work
The project involved the fit-out of a new ambulatory surgical center comprised of two operation rooms, a procedure room, 10 pre-op/recovery bays, and two 23 hour recovery rooms. New circulation corridors were cut through existing adjacent tenant spaces to connect to the main entrances and a discharge lobby at the east side of the building which was completed under a separate construction contract with the landlord. An existing mechanical mezzanine was renovated to house a generator, vacuum pump, and electrical panels as allowable per code.
