Scope Of Work
This concert and event center can accommodate crowds over 600 (indoor) and over 5,000 (outdoor). The look is “industrial futuristic” and combines, concrete, wood, metal and shipping containers.
The venue sets on just over an acre. The outside area includes a stage, beer garden, space for food trucks, seating area, bars, restrooms, band dressing rooms and storage. The outdoor stage stands 4’ above ground with a metal canopy structure standing 35’ in the air. Hanging from the structure are pre-rigged trusses and supports which carry a variety of special lighting and acoustical equipment such as strobe lights, spotlights, color changing LED’s, speakers and amps.
The indoor space houses a stage, full-service bar, restrooms and seating area. The indoor stage is smaller but is set up the same as the outdoor stage, which pre-rigged trusses carrying similar lighting and acoustical equipment. There are glass overhead doors to allow for patio seating and an open transition from indoors to outdoors during events.s
