Scope Of Work

The Farnam Street branch office for Security National Bank was outdated and obsolete, so Hawkins Construction was hired to build a new building that would incorporate updated mechanical, electrical, and data systems. Hawkins first demolished the existing bank branch building, and then provided paving, landscaping, sidewalks, and utilities prior to constructing the new facility.

The new 12,000 square foot single-story building consists of a structural steel frame, brick, tile, and curtain wall facade. The interior space includes a lobby and banking center, offices, conference rooms, and teller stations. The project required the construction of an underground tunnel from the garage to the new bank. Busy traffic at this downtown site required careful traffic management and scheduling.
