Scope Of Work
Henley Construction Co., Inc. has completed the final of 8 phases in the Residential Living Program portion of The Village at Rockville – A National Lutheran Community. Phase VIII’s structures are composed of over 19,000 square feet of wood framed residences and all include functioning kitchens as well as all other residential amenities.The Independent Living Program’s triplex villas are conveniently encompassing one of Rockville’s most highly regarded senior living homes. In total, we produced 144 units designed to provide comfortable and private dwellings for those who are transitioning into the assisted living community with priority access to high quality healthcare.
