Scope Of Work
The new 148,065 square foot Lakelands Park Middle School is located in the town of Kentlands/Lakelands, Maryland and was designed by Grimm and Parker Architects of Calverton, MD to fit the "New Urbanist" fabric of the community. This is one of the largest middle schools in Maryland. The site was extremely tight and many of the fields are shared with an adjoining park that is run by the City of Gaithersburg. Our construction schedule and activities dovetailed the construction of the park.
Serving 990 students, with core support spaces for 1,200, the new facility provides program spaces for Grades 6-8.
