Scope Of Work
Mechanical HVAC Work for Moorings Park Buildings O, P & Q and Healthy Living Center project located at 120 Moorings Park Drive, Naples, FL 34105.
Complete and fully operable Mechanical Systems be furnished and installed, includes all required service connections, fabrications, installations, start up, tests and balancing.
Supply and install all piping tags, HVAC Units, fans, curbs, pumps, air handlers, condensing units, power ventilators, chiller, single thru A/C units, heat strips, diffusers, grilles, louvers, vibration isolation, hangers, supports, anchors, unistrut, vent piping for exhaust, embeds, plates, channels, equipment bases and supports, sleeves, seals, duct, insulation, expansion loops, thrust blocks, isolation materials, etc....
Furnish and install all air distribution system, including, but not limited to ductwork, volume dampers, fire dampers with angles, and access doors, vav boxes, face/bypass, variable speed controllers at exhaust fans, turning vanes, diffusers, control valves (installation only), etc......
Furnish and install hydronic piping, refrigerant piping, all mechanical and pipe insulation, supply and install all ducts/flexible ducts, all material for underground installation (chiller lines).
