Scope Of Work
Provide all Supervision, Labor,Equipment, Materials and all means and methods to complete all HVAC and Energy Management Controls work per the Plans and Specifications and per Edison State College Standards-includes-HVAC demo, all specified hangers, ductwork, insulation, dampers, grilles, diffusers, piping as required for a complete, turn-key job. Provide shop drawing and product and equipment data submittals. Provide ductwork layout for review and coordination with other trades. Includes all Energy Management Controls work including shop drawings and submittals. All tie-ins and programing to be coordinated with ESC through the project superintendent.
