Scope Of Work
We are building Klein's a 2 story Retail Center 5,500 sq ft., Mezzanine 2,200 sq ft. and Greenhouse 22,000 sq ft.
The coolest part of the re-development project is the continuation of a 100 year old business. With incorporated modernization, including 25,000 SF of in-floor heat and innovative, energy-savings construction techniques, Klein's is constructing a state-of-art facility to expand its growing capabilities and provide their incredible selection of plants to the Madison Community year-round.
