Scope Of Work
Kingsville, TX: Construction of (5) buildings on a remote site with no utilities- primary power was brought from 2 miles away, well was drilled and sewer treatment plant installed. Hospitality building was 12 bedrooms with commercial kitchen and large gathering/dining area, game room, and bar. (12,768 s.f.) Maintenance building was 4,500 s.f. with 16' eave heights and rail crane. Operations Building was multiple offices, living suites, gun vault, group bunking and kitchen (4,674 s.f.) Water well / Reverse Osmosis building was 529 s.f. Managers Residence was standard residential construction 3 bedroom, 2 bath (1,950 s.f.) Site development consisted of bringing entire 8 acre site up approximately 3 ft, installation of underground utilities, roads, parking lots, landscaping and irrigation.
