Scope Of Work
The Midtown will be a blend of Arts facility and Multifamily residential with economic sustainability as the goal. It will provide a new home for several established performing arts groups in Eugene Oregon. The Eugene Ballet Company will be the majority tenant and the facility will house large studios and provide for the company's Academy with space to teach 500 students. Other tenants will include, Eugene Opera, Eugene Concert Choir, Chamber Music Amici, Lane Arts Council, picfest, #instaballet, orchestra Next and Dustrud Architecture.
