Pear Valley Senior Living is a new 77,225 square foot assisted living and memory care community on a 114,313 square foot site lot located in Central Point, OR. It includes assisted living and memory care, along with administrative offices, a central kitchen, exterior court yards and other amenities. The project was designed by Dustrud Architecture.
