Scope Of Work
Hygge (pronounced hue-guh) is a six-story building in Portland includes 59 apartments, five stories of wood framing over one PT slab over a slab-on-grade on a very constrained site. Essex was engaged during the design phase. C2K Architecture Inc. designed the building and the project was managed by Urban Resources Inc.
