Scope Of Work
Country Crossroads is a new 161,219 square foot, 148-unit apartment project located at West 18th Avenue & Magnolia street, in Junction City, Oregon. The community is comprised of twenty three-story apartment buildings and a single story community building. Unit mix consists of one-bedroom flats, two-bedroom flats, two-bedroom, two-story townhouses and three-bedroom, two-story townhouses. A pedestrian bridge, new public street as well as improvements to existing streets are included in the project scope.
