Scope Of Work
Essex has teamed with Café Yumm! and their parent company Beau Delicious over the years to build out their corporate owned and franchise restaurants. The majority of these restaurants are tenant improvement projects. Restaurants are located throughout Oregon, and now in Seattle.
The Café Yumm! restaurant we built in downtown Portland was the first casual restaurant in Oregon to achieve a LEED Gold level for Commercial Interiors.
We are currently building the first stand alone Cafe Yumm! restaurant in Wilsonville.
