Scope Of Work
The property at 32nd and Hilyard in Eugene was acquired by Amazon Corner LLC in August 2016. A church formerly resided on this 1.83 acre parcel. The Owner redeveloped the site with a new mixed-use retail and residential facility. This mixed-use building provides below-grade parking, ground level retail and four floors of residential living above. This was a great collaboration with Rowell Brokaw Architects.
