Envision Construction and Design, Inc. is proud to announce the completion of our newest tenant improvement of the beautiful Webster Orthopedics Clinic in the 12 story Webster Building in the heart of downtown Oakland, CA. Webster Orthopedics opened the doors of the new Physical Therapy office in July of 2016 and the Clinic in November of 2016. The Physical Therapy suite is on the 12th floor of the Webster Building and consists of 871 square feet of office and physical therapy stations. The Physical Therapy suite was completed in just slightly over one month. The Clinic is in the Webster Annex with the entrance on Broadway featuring a new warm and inviting landscaped patio for patients to enjoy and a beautiful new storefront of energy efficient glass. The clinic was a design-build Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing 5,786 square foot self-contained medical orthopedics office that was negotiated due to our MRI expertise which is featuring a large doctor’s office, beautifully decorated patient waiting room, 12 exam rooms, diagnostic equipment room, x-ray, staff lounge and their own MRI unit. From start to finish this elegant new orthopedics office was completed in just 3 months and included all architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and X-Ray/ MRI radiation shielding to provide Webster Orthopedics the highest quality medical facility.
