Scope Of Work

Envision Construction and Design, Inc is pleased to announce the opening of its latest MRI facility at the Stanford Healthcare Advanced Medicine Center in Palo Alto. This unique facility was completed on September 9, 2016, and is now serving patients on a daily basis. Prior to the construction of the new MRI suite, patients had to be transported to another building in order to receive MRI scanning. With the installation of the new Siemens Magnetom Skyra MRI Scanner, patients and doctors now have the advantage of quick and efficient imaging in the same facility in which treatment is administered. After construction of the MRI suite, Envision completed the remodeling of a new reception desk at the Fisher Family Center for Radiation Oncology. The new open-air reception area replaced the existing closed-quarters reception desk previously used to register patients. The new reception desk has benefited both patients and staff members alike by providing a much more open and aesthetically pleasing environment to greet patients prior to treatment. The new reception desk was completed prior to Thanksgiving, 2016.
