Scope Of Work

With 13 Stations and home training capabilities, the completion of one of DaVita's latest clinics in Arizona, this new Yuma facility offers great accessibility for those patients in the area who are seeking treatment. This 7400 Sq/ft facility has some of the cleanest features you will find in a dialysis clinic. Work included new fire sprinklers and alarm systems, metal stud framing and drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, wall coverings, epoxy VCT and carpet flooring, medical piping systems, casework, electrical, doors frames hardware, storefront glass, and new mechanical systems. The specialized systems inside this DaVita Dialysis clinic required all sorts of atypical water and utility connections that took superior attention to detail to complete. This project was completed on schedule between July and October 2014.
