DaVita Walnut Creek Dialysis Clinic Tenant Improvement

Scope Of Work

In August of 2014 Envision Construction & Design, Inc. completed the tenant improvement build out of a 21 station dialysis clinic facility for DaVita, Inc. in Walnut Creek, CA. This, OSHPD III certified, 7,900 sq/ft  facility went from start to finish in less than 4 months. DaVita, Inc. kept close eye on this facility during construction and through its completion as it was a prototype for a new clinic design standard in the area. This new design standard featured new LED light fixtures, multicolored and patterned heat welded sheet vinyl flooring and also aesthetically pleasing dropped T-bar ceiling soffits also referred to as clouds. With Envision contracted to handle all of these new features along with the projects HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinklers, electrical, doors frames and hardware, metal stud framing, drywall and various finishes the project was completed and happily accepted by the new staff as well as the eager soon to be patients.
