Scope Of Work
This mixed use (B and I-2) warm shell with walkways designed for Encore Development located in Visalia was built within a 131 day schedule. The foundation featured a spread perimeter footing with integral slab. The 11,200 sq/ft shell contained wood framing with interior steel columns and glue laminated beams, full sprinkler system, TPO roofing, integral colored stucco, Covered entry portico and a complete automatic in ground irrigation system with planting. The primary utilities included a main gear with meter section and distribution panel boards, Lighting control system, sanitary sewer, storm drains, roof drains, domestic water and irrigation BFP's, connection to existing BFP and new NFPA 13 system riser for fire service, and all telephone and cable connections from local utility into the building MPO. The tenant Improvement portion of this new facility contained 24 hemodialysis treatment stations and all supporting architectural, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical to keep the 11,200 sq/ft facility up and running for all of DaVita's important patients.
