FIRST FLOOR RENOVATIONS
The Village Wellington change ordered an existing contract with RDC to complete their 1st floor renovations to their newly purchased County Club building. The renovations included an elaborate dias and council chamber, restroom renovation, complete overhaul the mechanical systems and fire alarm. The main challenge was the removal structural members to allow open viewing during council meetings. All construction was achieved in 45 days.
GROUND FLOOR RENOVATIONS
Through the design/build process, the Village Wellington once again retained RDC to complete the final phase its Community Center. RDC's design team was tasked with turning a space that was originally designed for covered parking into an ultramodern, state--the-art community center. The renovation created classroom spaces, banquet facilities as well as rooms to accommodate dances and wrestling matches.
