Scope Of Work

Hallandale Beach community wanted to renovate its aging Cultural Community Center to accommodate its growing diverse community  young professionals, retirees, seasonal residents and tourists. Commissioners accepted RDC's Design/Build concept and the community now enjoys a newly renovated 13,700 square foot facility that houses programs for visual and performing arts, education, special events and community socials. The building has an auditorium, three multi-purpose activity rooms, new restrooms, dressing rooms and a kitchen that any chef would be proud of. The City's Parks and Recreation Department has relocated its Administrative Office in the Cultural Community Center.
