Scope Of Work

We covered a lot of ground in this project. Well, to be more specific, we covered a lot of floors and ceilings! Here’s a breakdown of the areas we painted:

• 42 residential units
• Many of the offices and common areas (library, sunroom, salon, bar, and dining areas)
• GWB walls and ceilings
• Wood window sashes, casings, sills, skirts, and trim
• Wood and metal doors, steel frames, and wood casings
• Wood crown, moldings, chair rail, wainscoting, baseboard and shoe moldings
• Wood handrails and stringers in staircases

As you can see from the photos above, we used vibrant, engaging colors that add real warmth to the environment. We also used primarily zero-VOC paint. This cut down on any odor, and allowed everyone involved to be comfortable and undisturbed during the process.
