Nine story cast in place, post tensioned parking structure for 1,400 vehicles. Included a pedestrian bridge over Cumberland Avenue.
(2) Walnut Street Garage, Knoxville, TN
Ten story precast parking structure for 1,099 vehicles. Includes , storage a connecting pedestrian bride.
(3) Terrace Avenue Parking Garage, University Tennessee – Knoxville
Eight story, cast place, post tensioned parking structure for 1,000 vehicles. exterior is precast panels with brick.
(4) Volunteer Blvd. Parking Garage, University Tennessee – Knoxville
Six story, cast place, post tensioned parking structure for 1,050 vehicles. Includes a large open air colonnade connecting to adjacent student housing.
