Scope Of Work
Windfall Trace Apartments is a new apartment complex built for the Housing Authority of St. Louis County. The development is comprised of 93 apartment units in 17 buildings and a community center/leasing office. The development also included demolition of existing buildings/site improvements and extensive new site work, with all new utility infrastructure, paving and appurtenances. It was completed in two phases, and both phases were funded in part by low income housing tax credits.
