Scope Of Work
Located in St. Louis’ historic Soulard neighborhood, Soulard Market Lofts is the conversion of the historic Welsh Baby Carriage factory into 131 loft apartments. Financed using historic tax credits and HUD and TIF financing, the renovation included all new MEP systems, elevators, roof, historic windows and finishes, as well as the build out of first floor commercial space. Also included was a sitework package consisting of all new utilities, new parking lot, fencing and in-ground swimming pool.
