Scope Of Work
Pagedale Senior Living is the construction of a 42 unit apartment building with 38 one-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom apartments, community rooms, beauty shop, exercise room, private offices, and bank space, financed with a mix of low income tax credits, new market tax credits and private financing. The project scope includes the construction of a 4-story, slab-on-grade, panelized, wood frame structure with brick veneer, Hardi plank siding and a flat roof with TPO membrane. Also included is a sitework package consisting of new utilities, fencing and landscaping. The project received Enterprise Green Communities Certification.
