Scope Of Work
Meadowview Assisted Living Facility is a 24 bed senior care facility in Arnold, Missouri, comprised of 16 private units (including one accessible unit) and 4 semi-private units. The building is constructed of concrete slab on grade with wood frame, vinyl siding and brick and is heated and cooled with PTAC units for the resident bedrooms and roof top units and conventional ductwork for the community spaces. The facility also includes covered and screened porches with radiant heaters for cooler weather and ceiling fans for warmer weather. Fencing encloses the beautifully landscaped back yard. Bedrooms have large operable windows and full private bathrooms with roll in showers. Community spaces include several sitting areas, a gas fireplace, large skylights and a residential style kitchen with commercial grade equipment and a large serving window.
