Scope Of Work
This development included a mix of gut renovation of ten existing buildings and the new construction of seven single family homes in the historic Hyde Park neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri, utilizing both Historic and Low Income Housing Tax Credits. The renovation included significant masonry restoration, all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, new roofs, new historic windows and all new finishes. The new infill single family homes incorporated wood frame structures with brick veneer, vinyl siding and wood roof trusses with asphalt shingle roofs. The development also included an extensive sitework package, consisting of all new utilities, and new sidewalks throughout the project, multiple new parking areas, fencing and landscaping.
