Scope Of Work
Fairview Village Senior Living is the construction of a 50 unit apartment building for seniors, financed with low income housing tax credits. The project scope includes the construction of one 4 story, slab-on-grade, panelized wood frame structure with brick veneer, Hardi plank siding, wood roof trusses with asphalt shingle roofing, laundry facilities and community room. Also included is a sitework package consisting of demolition of an existing school building, all new utilities, extensive grading for new parking area, fencing and landscaping. The project received an Enterprise Green Communities Certification.
