Scope Of Work
Crawford Commons is an affordable supportive housing development in Cuba, Missouri. The project was financed under the HUD Section 811 housing program, is 100% Universal Design and adheres to the Green Building standard. The project consists of two one story buildings and includes 14 apartments, a community room and laundry room. Construction was slab on grade, wood frame, hardi siding, asphalt shingle roof and vinyl plank flooring. The project also included a parking lot and other site work.
