Scope Of Work
This 209 unit renovation was undertaken utilizing historic and low income housing tax credits. The renovation includes all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, elevator upgrades, roof, new historic windows, storm water management, extensive masonry restoration and all new interior finishes. Also included is a sitework package consisting of all new utilities, downspout leaders, parking lot resurfacing, and fencing.
