Scope Of Work
This adaptive re-use of a former Days Inn Motel located in downtown St. Louis provides housing for disabled veterans and involved the use of both Historic and Low Income Housing Tax Credits. The gut renovation included new HVAC systems, updates to bathrooms, new kitchens, common hallway upgrades, interior painting, roof replacement, new windows, improvements to the underground parking lots and installation of new elevators.
